Primary Duties
- Manages procurement activities and ensures that all purchase orders, both domestic and international, are issued in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Builds and manages supplier relationships, negotiates pricing, terms and delivery, and resolves issues.
- Analyzes inventory quantities, delivery times, and sales forecasts, and establishes minimum order quantities and trigger points to ensure appropriate quantities on hand.
- Measures, manages, and reports on KPIs by creating and analyzing reports
- Ensures compliance with import and export regulations
- Maintains ERP with supply chain related information
- Coordinates delivery logistics
- Coordinates with and oversees work of staff in China office
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or other relevant area.
- Five or more years of relevant supply chain experience, ideally in a small company where you wear many hats OR in multiple areas of supply chain
- APICS certification such as CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
- Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk using computer, phone and office equipment
- Occasional standing and walking
